The course subject is completely impressive, very detailed, understandable and explained clearly because the Trainor was incredibly knowledgeable and articulate. Overall I enjoyed it and I liked that everything was straight forward and the flexibility of this course, it worked well with busy scheduling, and the expectations were clear and upfront.I intend on taking more courses at IMC in the near future. The trainers and the provided learning materials are as complete as you can get with regards to the industry knowledge and global standards that are implemented within the different industries. Ms. Rose is always accommodating to all the queries I have about the program and had been patient in explaining the details of the program. The service team had been providing quick responses to the concerns.

The program helps me understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma and how to apply these principles in our organization. The trainer in our batch for the Green Belt Lean Six Sigma is very good at teaching us the principles as well as giving us a real-life example that might help us in our future projects within our organization. My counselor is Ms. Rose, she is quick to respond to my queries and request regarding the issues I encounter in the program (e.g. schedule and exam).

The six sigma training program is really a good investment considering the scope of learning it covers. All relevant information has been highlighted by the trainer ensuring the learners understands the topics. The theoretical approach of six sigma were covered in detail giving as well a balance on the hands-on approach on how the principles will be applied in our respective fields. Rose has been very helpful and answers promptly even on holidays and weekends. The tools and materials were given on time which makes the training hassle-free.
